Are photo estimates accurate?

Yes. Most jobs can be quoted accurately from photos. Send us a few clear shots of the items and the space, and we'll give you a firm price — no surprises. For larger or more complex projects, we may recommend a free on-site estimate.

Question 2

What if the job is different than the photos?

If the amount of material or accessibility is different than what was shown in the photos, we'll discuss the updated price with you before starting any work. You'll always know the cost upfront — we never start hauling and then hit you with a higher bill.

Question 3

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our 14x7 trailer — not by the hour or by item count. We use five load tiers: Minimum Load, 1/4 Trailer, 1/2 Trailer, 3/4 Trailer, and Full Trailer. The Minimum Load starts at $99. All other tiers are quoted based on your specific job.

Do you charge extra for heavy items like appliances or concrete?

Heavy items like concrete, dirt, and roofing shingles may carry an additional weight surcharge due to disposal fees. We'll always tell you upfront if that applies to your job.

Is there a fee for same-day service?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Same-day availability depends on our schedule that day. When we can fit you in, we do — at the same price. Just text or call early in the day for the best chance at same-day service.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit card, debit card, Zelle, PayPal, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

How do I book a pickup?

The easiest way is to text us photos of your items to 470-OTP-3330. We'll send you a quote, confirm a time, and show up ready to haul. You can also call or fill out the quote form on our Contact page.

How quickly can you come out?

Accepted Answer

We offer same-day and next-day service across Metro Atlanta. Availability varies by day, so the sooner you reach out, the better. Many customers get a same-day appointment when they text us in the morning.

Question 9

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. As long as we can access the items and you've approved the quote, we can often complete the job without you present. We'll call you approximately 30 minutes before we arrive, and send a confirmation text when we're done.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Metro Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs, including Woodstock, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Marietta, Kennesaw, Canton, Acworth, Holly Springs, Ball Ground, Waleska, Milton, Cumming, and Gainesville. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask.

What types of items do you haul?

We haul just about everything: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard waste, construction debris, concrete, dirt, roofing shingles, hot tubs, swing sets, and full estate cleanouts. If you're not sure, just text us a photo.

What can't you haul?

Accepted Answer

We can't haul hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, or any other regulated substances. We also can't take items that are actively leaking fluids. If you're unsure, just ask — we'll point you in the right direction.

Do you haul yard waste and brush?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We haul tree limbs, brush piles, leaves, mulch, and general yard debris. We also offer material delivery — mulch, topsoil, river rock, gravel, and more — if you need to bring material in rather than take it out.

Can you handle a full estate cleanout?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Estate cleanouts are one of our specialties. We can clear an entire home — furniture, appliances, clothing, miscellaneous items — in a single visit or over multiple trips depending on the volume. We work efficiently and treat the property with respect.

Do I need to move items to the curb?

Accepted Answer

No. We do all the heavy lifting. Just show us what needs to go and we'll carry it out — from inside the house, garage, attic, basement, or backyard. You don't need to move a thing.

Will you call before you arrive?

Yes — we'll call approximately 30 minutes before we arrive so you have time to get ready or meet us there. No surprise knocks at the door.

Will you clean up after the haul?

Yes. We sweep up and leave the area clean before we go. If we're hauling from a garage or outdoor space, we'll make sure we haven't left behind any loose debris.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're satisfied with the work.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem. Just text or call us as soon as you know. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can fill the slot, but we understand things come up. There's no cancellation fee.

How does the dump trailer rental work?

We drop our 14x7 dump trailer at your property or job site — residential or commercial — you fill it on your own schedule, and we come back to haul it away when you're done. It's a driveway-friendly alternative to a roll-off dumpster: rubber tires, no driveway or lot damage, and a much cleaner look.

How is trailer rental priced?

Pricing depends on two things: how many days you need the trailer, and what type of material you're loading. General junk, yard waste, and construction debris are all priced differently. Text us your project details and we'll get you a firm quote fast.

Can I keep the trailer for more than a week?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer extended rental rates for longer projects. Just let us know upfront how long you think you'll need it and we'll work out a rate that makes sense.
